Our QMS establishes the management policies and associated procedures required for effective operation and control as well as continual improvement of servicing & repairing process in relation to its intended scope of certification.

2- Incoming Inspection
All incoming parts are checked against original samples for physical discrepancies. 1 random sample from each batch is assembled and tested for conformance.
3- Inventory Management
Minimum stock levels for frequent usage items. Auto withdrawal and replenish system in place for auto procurement daily.
4- Servicing Process
Process Controls, including subcontractors.

5- Final Inspection Process

6- Order Fulfillment Accuracy and Shipping Procedure
Completed jobs will be notified to Sales Engineer and Logistics Dept and verified with Purchase Orders before shipping. All items will be packaged and secured against transportation damage. Local delivery is outsourced to courier services.
